Throughout my career with the Warriors organization, one of the significant projects that I was privileged to lead was a comprehensive website redesign. This project milestone was carried out from the fourth quarter of 2019 and concluded in the second quarter of 2020.


My responsibilities included not just the technical aspects, but also the aesthetic components of the Warriors' website. This involved a thorough revamp of the look and feel of the website to ensure it was not only user-friendly but also visually appealing. All of these efforts were done in anticipation and preparation for the upcoming 2020-2021 NBA season, ensuring that our fans and visitors would have the best online experience during the season.

Through further research, a key insight regarding the website redesign: the need to focus more on driving traffic and ticket sales. On average, we attract about 1.2 million users per day, a number that typically increases during the playoff season. This aligns with the interests of key stakeholders, who prioritize engagement conversion over revenue.
